Cancellation Policy
Booking and Attendance: Once your booking is confirmed a link to the video conference will be automatically provided to your email. Please make sure to check your junk or spam folder if the link has not been received. Deposits: Consultation deposit is non-refundable, but will be deducted from the final cost of your project or services. To cancel or reschedule your consultation please cancel on our website no less than 24 hours before your consultation is scheduled to take place. Any missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the associated deposit. Rescheduling and Refunds: At times, HyperActive Audio or representatives of HyperActive Audio may request rescheduling of appointments due to conflicting obligations. Representatives will request rescheduling with the client no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time. If for any of the following reasons, at fault of HyperActive Audio or it's representatives, connectivity issues, in cases of emergency, or "acts of God", an scheduled consultation cannot be rescheduled, or the consultation does not take place as scheduled a full refund will be automatically issued to the customer. Additionally, if a consultation is canceled 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled consultation, and the consultation is not rescheduled for any reason, a full refund will be automatically issued to the customer. Please allow appropriate time for the refund to process. All refunds will be processed through the method of payment services used to make the initial purchase/deposit.
